London International Slot Car Show
Sunday the 20th November will see the 16th London International Slotcar Show at the Crofton Halls Orpington in South East London.
We will have a small stand for a personal question and answer session with the designer and builder of the TruSpeed range. A bench test rig will be set up to show the ideas behind the controllers and some tips on how to set them up.

2008: TruSpeed controllers were used by the UK team Pendle, and held the fastest lap record till the very end with only the overall winners beating it by just a few 100ths of a second.
2009: The Pendle team faired ever better during this year with a 10th place at the last event in Switzerland.
2010: TruSpeed will sponsor its own team for this year. The feedback from race events all over the world where the controllers are used is all noted and put to use in evolving the products to keep up with racer demands. The adjustable spring tension and trigger throw adjustment will be tried out again following their success at the Wolverhampton 24hr event where TruSpeed came in a close 2nd place. Slot.It Challenge
2007: We're proud to say that TruSpeed controllers enjoyed constant growth in popularity during 2007, and at this premier event the TruSpeed PWM-B.2 pulse width modulation controller was the choice for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, and most of the top 15 places too. Year 2008 had most of the top 20 or so using the PWM controller, and in 2009 growth is continuing.
2008: With the feedback from all the drivers during 2007 the small changes in the circuitry were made for the 2008 models. Mass production of the units is being investigated to get around the delays in manufacture. Thank you for your patience to those who have waited for the hand made units. The designs have settled now for 2009 and partial mass production is under way.
2009: Steady production of the new version has run during this year with no changes made.
2010: New products have been added to the range, but the PWM version is still the same as 2009 with a small change in the way they are fitted into the casing. They are still hand made, but with assistance from sub-contracted mass-production for the actual printed circuit boards.
